A) make your top and lining 10"×10" small bowl.  If you want a bigger bowl cut your squares larger. B) cut interfacing for each top and lining.  9"×9". If you make bigger bowl. Cut interfacing inch down.  I got 70 peltex from Walmart interfacing. Make a x on each top and lining with interfacing. With the interfacing on wrong side of fabric. C-D) fold in half with the right side of the fabric.  Mark a dot from raw side to fold. 1-1/2". On fold side mark 2-1/2 ". Draw line between dots. Mark other side. Sew on line and cut excess fabric off. Turn and fold the other way. Do the above on that side. Do this to the lining  the same way. E) put lining into top fabric. Right side of fabric together.  Sew together leave a 4-5" hole to turn bowl.  F) now I did this before turning.  I trim points and trim excess fabric.  Turn and fold in fabric and sew around  edge. Sew closer and make it look  nice. Your done.
